Shanghai Xinhuanhai International Trading Co., Ltd. is the international trading company of Xuzhou Youyi Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (Youyi Power). As Youyi Power’s dedicated overseas business arm, Xinhuanhai is responsible for international sales, brand development, export operations, and customer service, while Youyi Power provides manufacturing, R&D, production, and quality-control support from its Xuzhou base. Together, the two companies operate through an integrated manufacturing-and-trade structure.
Since 2016, Youyi Power and Xinhuanhai have been among the early Chinese teams exporting electric tricycles to India and Southeast Asia. Xinhuanhai coordinates product configuration, OEM/ODM projects, export documentation, logistics, after-sales service, and localized spare-parts support; Youyi Power’s Xuzhou manufacturing base is responsible for engineering, production, and quality control.
